This Refund, Payment & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made from Alive To Enjoy, including but not limited to coaching programs, mentorships, memberships, digital products, courses, workshops, masterclasses, retreats, live events, private sessions, audits, templates, replays, and any other digital or service-based offers.
By purchasing from Alive To Enjoy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy before completing your purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital, educational, coaching, and service-based nature of our offers, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer or required by applicable law.
Alive To Enjoy does not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Lack of participation
Failure to attend live calls or sessions
Failure to complete the program
Scheduling conflicts
Overcommitting
Personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
Failure to implement the material
Disagreement with coaching, teachings, feedback, or program content
Loss of access due to non-payment
Purchasing the wrong offer
Not reading the sales page, checkout page, or terms before purchasing
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing the full offer details, pricing, payment terms, and policies before submitting payment.
2. Digital Products, Courses & Portal Access
All digital products, courses, templates, workbooks, replays, recordings, and portal-based materials are considered delivered once access information is sent to the email address used at checkout or made available through the applicable platform, including but not limited to Kajabi.
Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or consumed immediately, no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are available once access has been granted, unless required by law.

3. Coaching, Mentorship & Service-Based Offers
Coaching, mentorship, private sessions, audits, group programs, memberships, and live events involve reserved time, limited capacity, preparation, intellectual property, and access to support. For this reason, payments are non-refundable.
Missed calls, unused sessions, failure to attend live components, or failure to use the available support do not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or extension.
Alive To Enjoy does not guarantee any specific personal, relational, emotional, financial, spiritual, or life outcome. Results vary based on each client’s personal responsibility, participation, choices, circumstances, and implementation.
4. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price of the offer. A payment plan is not a subscription and may not be canceled simply because you no longer wish to participate, no longer use the offer, or have changed your mind.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Alive To Enjoy and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method according to the payment schedule agreed to at checkout.
You remain responsible for all scheduled payments until the full balance is paid, regardless of:
Your level of participation
Whether you attend calls or sessions
Whether you access the portal or materials
Whether you complete the program
Whether your access is suspended due to non-payment
Whether your personal circumstances change
5. Failed Payments & Past Due Accounts
A payment is considered past due one business day after the scheduled payment date if payment has not been successfully received.
If a payment fails, our payment processor may automatically attempt to collect the payment again. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid, active, and able to be charged.
If your payment becomes past due:
After 3 business days, your access to live mentorship, coaching support, community spaces, calls, portals, groups, and any related program benefits may be suspended until payment is received.
After 7 business days, your access may be permanently revoked, and the remaining balance may become immediately due.
Suspension or removal from the program does not cancel your payment obligation.
Alive To Enjoy reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to reimburse Alive To Enjoy for any reasonable costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including but not limited to administrative costs, payment processor fees, dispute fees, collection costs, legal fees, and other costs permitted by applicable law.
6. Cancellations
Unless a specific offer states otherwise in writing, purchases may not be canceled after checkout.
For payment plans, cancellation of participation does not cancel the payment plan. You remain responsible for completing all payments agreed to at checkout.
For subscriptions or memberships that are explicitly billed on a recurring basis, cancellation terms will be stated on the applicable checkout page or offer terms. Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not create a refund for previous payments.
7. Transfers & Exchanges
Purchases are non-transferable unless Alive To Enjoy gives written approval.
At our sole discretion, we may allow access to be transferred to another eligible offer, product, or service. Approval of one transfer or exchange does not create a right to future transfers or exchanges.
Retreat transfers, if permitted, are subject to the retreat-specific terms and may require written approval.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Alive To Enjoy, you agree to contact us first at lexy@alivetoenjoy.com
with any billing concern, duplicate charge issue, access issue, or payment question before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
A chargeback or payment dispute is not an acceptable method of cancellation, refund request, or avoidance of agreed payment obligations.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase, Alive To Enjoy reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend or terminate your access to all offers, services, communities, portals, calls, and materials
Cancel any future participation or enrollment
Refuse future purchases or require payment in full before access is granted
Submit evidence to the payment processor, including checkout records, access logs, signed agreements, email correspondence, usage records, IP information, attendance records, and this policy
Recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees, administrative costs, legal fees, collection costs, and any other costs permitted by law
False, fraudulent, or improper disputes may result in a permanent ban from future Alive To Enjoy offers.
9. Delivery & Fulfillment
All orders are digital or service-based unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Digital access will be delivered to the email address used at checkout. Programs, courses, memberships, and digital materials may be hosted through third-party platforms, including Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, or other service providers.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your inbox, spam, promotions, or junk folders for access information.

10. Promotional Pricing, Discounts & Order Bumps
Promotional pricing, limited-time offers, bonuses, order bumps, upsells, downsells, and special offers are only available at the time presented.
We do not retroactively apply discounts, promotional pricing, bonuses, or special offers to previous purchases.
One-click upsells, order bumps, and checkout add-ons are charged immediately when selected. By clicking to purchase an add-on, order bump, or upsell, you authorize the additional charge and agree that the purchase is final.
11. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be waived.
Where required by law, Alive To Enjoy will honor applicable legal refund, cancellation, or consumer rights.
