Welcome to Alive to Enjoy, operated by Lexy Davis! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our online relationship coaching services, membership programs, and retreats. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to clients, members, retreat participants, and website visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific services, and by engaging with those services, you agree to adhere to those additional terms.
Alive to Enjoy operates globally and provides services to clients in all countries, subject to compliance with local laws and regulations.
If you access our website, purchase our services, join our programs, or attend our events from outside our primary business location, you are responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your location. We may restrict access to certain services where required by law, platform rules, payment processor requirements, or business operations.
2. Services Provided
Alive to Enjoy provides relationship coaching, group memberships, digital products, and in-person retreats. Our services include but are not limited to:
One-on-One Coaching: Private coaching sessions for personal growth, dating, and relationship support.
Group Coaching & Memberships: Access to an online community with coaching, Q&A sessions, and workshops.
Digital Courses & Materials: Pre-recorded courses, e-books, workbooks, and other educational content.
Retreats & Live Events: In-person retreats and workshops focusing on relationship dynamics, self-growth, and embodiment practices.
Supplementary Services: Support materials, networking opportunities, and additional offerings that may be introduced over time.
All services are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued at our discretion.
3. Eligibility & Participation
To access and use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or guardian.
Be capable of entering a legally binding agreement.
Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
We reserve the right to refuse services or terminate your participation if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful.
4. Website Use, Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar tracking technologies to operate the website, understand website activity, improve our services, measure marketing performance, and deliver relevant advertising. These tools may include, but are not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Kajabi analytics, Showit-related website tools, and other third-party platforms we use to operate and market our business.

5. Coaching & Membership Policies
5.1 Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal advice.
Our services may include relationship education, emotional reflection, embodiment practices, nervous system education, faith-based perspectives, communication tools, and personal development support. These services are educational and coaching-based only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, trauma response, or relational crisis.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your personal commitment and participation.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, health, safety, and wellbeing. You agree to use your own judgment and seek support from licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other qualified professionals where appropriate.
All coaching conversations remain confidential unless required by law to disclose information.
5.2 Membership Terms
Memberships are subscription-based and billed monthly or annually.
Memberships, group programs, and subscriptions may have minimum commitment periods, payment plans, renewal terms, and cancellation rules specific to the offer purchased. The specific terms shown at checkout, on the sales page, or in the applicable offer agreement will apply to your purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable and unused portions of memberships, subscriptions, or programs are not refunded.
Benefits, pricing, and terms may change at our discretion with prior notice.
Members must adhere to community guidelines, maintain respectful interactions, and avoid sharing private or confidential discussions outside the membership space.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address, login credentials, and account used to access the membership or program portal. We are not responsible for lost access caused by incorrect email addresses, forgotten login details, or failure to check your inbox, spam, promotions, or updates folders.
6. Retreat Policies & Liability Waiver
6.1 Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot.
Full payment must be completed by the specified deadline; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your spot.
Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel documents, passports, visas, travel insurance, transportation, medical care, and any other requirements related to attending the retreat unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
6.2 Cancellations & Refunds
There are no cancellations, but you can transfer your spot to a loved one or offer it as a sponsorship.
If the retreat is canceled by Alive to Enjoy, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses are not refundable or covered by Alive to Enjoy.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, illness, emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.
6.3 Participation & Conduct
Participants must be physically and mentally fit for retreat activities.
Any illegal, inappropriate, or harmful behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Participants are responsible for their belongings, and Alive to Enjoy is not liable for lost or stolen items.
6.4 Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending a retreat, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.
Alive to Enjoy is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or personal damages.
Retreat activities may include emotional processing, group sharing, embodiment practices, movement, nature-based activities, travel, shared accommodations, and other experiences that involve inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.
You agree to release Alive to Enjoy from any liability related to your participation.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
By purchasing a service, program, membership, digital product, retreat, event, or upgrade, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout, including any recurring payments, payment plans, taxes, fees, or agreed installment amounts.
Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms stated for each service (coaching, membership, retreats, etc.).
Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or disputed payments may result in termination of service access.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments in the plan, even if you stop participating, stop accessing the materials, or do not complete the program. Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access, collection efforts, or cancellation of future participation.
8. Digital Products, Instant Access & One-Click Purchases
Some offers, order bumps, upgrades, digital products, and one-click purchases may provide immediate access to digital content, bonuses, private portals, or program materials. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you may receive immediate access to digital content and that your purchase may be final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
For one-click upsells or instant upgrade offers, clicking the purchase button may immediately charge the payment method on file. You are responsible for reviewing the offer details, price, and payment terms before clicking to purchase.
9. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines
To foster a safe and supportive environment, participants agree to:
Engage respectfully with coaches and community members.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within coaching sessions, membership groups, and retreats.
Follow any additional guidelines specific to membership spaces and retreats.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
Do not share screenshots, recordings, private messages, member posts, coaching feedback, personal stories, or identifying details from other participants without their express permission.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the emotional safety, privacy, confidentiality, or integrity of the group, retreat, or coaching space.
10. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
All coaching materials, courses, digital content, and retreat resources are exclusive property of Alive to Enjoy.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
You may access purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, teach, reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, share, train AI tools on, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Login credentials, course access, membership access, recordings, workbooks, templates, meditations, and coaching materials may not be shared with anyone else.
11. Client Content, Testimonials & Marketing Use
We may share testimonials, reviews, feedback, success stories, client wins, or screenshots of messages for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. When sharing screenshots or private messages, we aim to remove or obscure identifying information such as names, usernames, profile photos, contact details, and other details that could reasonably identify the individual, unless we have permission to share them.
You acknowledge that anonymized or de-identified screenshots, messages, or feedback you voluntarily send to us may be used to demonstrate client experiences, program results, or the nature of our work. We will not knowingly publish sensitive, highly personal, or clearly identifiable information without permission.
If you would like a testimonial, screenshot, or piece of feedback removed from our marketing, you may contact us at lexy@alivetoenjoy.com We will review the request and remove or further anonymize the content where reasonably possible.
We do not guarantee that every anonymized screenshot will be impossible for the sender to recognize, but we take reasonable steps to avoid publicly identifying clients or sharing private details without permission.
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, screenshot, success story, or feedback, you grant us permission to use it for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes. We may edit testimonials for length, clarity, grammar, or privacy, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
We will not publicly share private coaching details, sensitive personal information, or identifying client stories without permission, except where information has been voluntarily provided for public use or where required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Alive to Enjoy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Participation in coaching, membership, and retreats is at your own risk.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services, website, programs, digital products, retreats, or events will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Privacy Policy & Confidentiality
We collect, use, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include information you provide directly, information collected through purchases or forms, and information collected through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and similar technologies.
We may use third-party platforms to operate our business, including website providers, course platforms, email marketing tools, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, scheduling tools, and communication platforms. These third parties may process personal information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may manage or withdraw cookie preferences through our cookie banner or cookie settings.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services if:
You violate these Terms or any additional guidelines.
You engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
You engage in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with Alive to Enjoy.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration, as applicable by local law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
